Homeos Nature

Evolution is real and we humans are proof of it. Animals, and humans, evolve physically and individually by genetic mutation; this process takes hundreds of thousands of years to promulgate itself throughout a portion of population and is largely determined by natural selection. Humans, however, have the capacity to evolve differently. Humans diverge from the animal kingdom by not only evolving physically and individually but also intellectually and collectively. While Darwinian evolution is a slow process homo-ontological evolution (that is, evolution restricted to the homo genus) may take place in as little as one generation. Homo-ontological evolution can be dividend into two parts: homo-epistemological (intellectual) and homo-paideus (cultural) evolution.
Think about the poor, the neglected, those beleaguered by poverty and strife. Realize that homo-ontological evolution is a lie. It is an oligarchical process based on the capitalist system. Those who conquer under a capitalist system, as Eduardo Galeano says, do so by the defeat of others. Capitalism relies on the existence of losers, for without them there cannot be a winner; without losers to exploit what would be of the West? Homo-ontological evolution does not exist because it does not encompass the whole of the homo genus. The lie will continue as long as capitalism does.
That plague which we call poverty is simply a by-product of the disease of capitalism.

The kind of government Sweden has. A government that cares for the people and provides opportunities for the poor to lift themselves by the bootstraps.
Capitalism very rarely provides the boots.
So I suppose it would be a moderate democratic-socialist system.
